Hi there! My name is Brionna. I am an LCSW in the state of Colorado. I previously earned my Master's degree in Social Work with a focus on Health & Wellness at The University of Denver and a Bachelors in Psychology from Temple University in Philadelphia. I am an EMDR Certified Therapist. Aside from all my clinical training & background, I am also a Usui Reiki Master, an Accredited Meditation Practitioner, A Certified Life Coach, and a Certified Spiritual Life Coach. I have completed a number of trainings to inform my practice, some including:
- Inner Child Healing Therapy- ASIST Suicide Prevention Training
- Several Mindfulness-Based Trainings- Somatic Parts Work
- Assessment and Safety Planning: Working with Victims of Domestic Violence
- EMDR receiving my basic training through the EMDR Center of the Rockies
- Strengthening Authentic Adult Self (PAC Model) Advanced EMDR Training
- There Are No Words Protocol Advanced EMDR Training
- Supervision Training through CCA
- IPI's Psychdelic Assisted Therapy Training
I have been serving children, adolescents and adults for 7+ years. I have worked with a variety of concerns, specifically surrounding depression, anxiety, skill building, low self-esteem, trauma/PTSD, negative behavior and thought patterns, family/relationship/peer conflicts and SUDs.
I offer life coaching and Reiki treatments, as well as psychotherapy, because we aren't "one size fits all." We are all uniquely different - molded by our experiences; therefore, the way we approach our healing will look different. I approach treatment holistically, looking at the mind, body and spirit as a whole while diligently treating each part. And I believe you are the expert, because it is your story after all. My goal, for each service I offer, is to help my clients become aware of their inner strengths and realize their best self. I am very solution-focused in my treatment plans and essentially want to work myself out of a job! Your healing is very important to me. So, whatever your treatment needs are, I am here to support and guide you along the journey.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with family and friends, hiking and camping in the beautiful mountains of Colorado with my camper trailer (her name is Colonel Forbin), snowboarding, and seeing live music. If you would like to know about my credentials, experience, or beliefs/goals please contact me so I can tell you more!

Hi, I’m Stephen. I’m a Michigan-born, gay, recovering perfectionist, and a soulful, sensitive, goofball—a fellow human who’s experienced my share of anxiety, depression, trauma, addictions, grief, neurodivergence, self-aggression, and challenges with being vulnerable (or angry, or messy) in relationships. As a therapist I aim to create a genuine, safe, and trusting relationship, where you’re allowed to be your full self (all of us are beautifully imperfect!), while helping to bring in lots of curiosity, warmth, compassion, and clarity to your experience.
My areas of passion include supporting people experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, neurodivergence (autism spectrum, ADHD, highly sensitive people), challenges with feeling or expressing emotions, and particularly working with clients’ relationship with themselves. So many of us struggle with challenges around self-acceptance (self love) vs. self-loathing (“I’m the worst, I suck,” “there’s something wrong with me,” “I’m broken, unlovable, terrible, disgusting,” or “I deserve my pain” etc.). Therapy can be a good place to work on rewriting some of these narratives and beliefs. I work with a lot of internal blockages perfectionism, procrastination, intense anxiety, self-defeating narratives, self-aggressive beliefs, despair and hopelessness, fear, etc.) while helping to cultivate your own internal seeds of wisdom in the direction of healing and wholeness, authenticity, courage, and growth. No one’s healing path looks exactly like yours. The therapy relationship itself is the vehicle to elicit what needs to be explored, felt, shared, released, or worked through, together. My style is pretty open and organic, tailored to meet you wherever you’re at. I use tenets of mindfulness, relational approaches and emotionally focused work as well as narrative forms of therapy and meaning making. Sometimes it can be helpful to utilize strengths-based or
motivational approaches, sometimes working with the body can be really helpful (exploring emotions through their physical sensations; this can help interrupt the dominance or stuckness of the thinking mind), sometimes we might work with and explore different ‘parts’ of the self. I like to allow the healing relationship to unfold organically in a way that’s true to you. I’d be honored to support you on your journey.

Hello, my name is Erika. A Nebraska native, I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Nebraska. Subsequently, I relocated to Colorado to pursue a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy at Regis University. I am now dedicated to providing comprehensive therapy services to individuals, couples, and families. While I offer support to a diverse clientele, I have a particular passion for working with women who experience ADHD.
I also specialize in couples counseling, guiding partners through challenging periods to foster lasting connection and growth. Through therapy, we will collaboratively address recurring conflicts and develop effective communication strategies. By cultivating vulnerability and open dialogue, we can build a foundation of trust and respect within your relationship. Whether you are in the early stages of marriage or celebrating a long-term partnership, I am committed to supporting your journey towards a fulfilling relationship.
I believe a strong therapeutic alliance is essential to successful treatment. My approach is tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, incorporating evidence-based modalities such as narrative therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, emotionally focused therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and Bowenian family systems theory.
When not engaged in clinical work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, exploring my interests in pottery and tennis, and cultivating my garden. I am passionate about continuous learning and believe this enriches my therapeutic practice.

Hi there! My name is Amanda Alberson, and I have been in the mental health field for over 10 years, specializing in individual and group counseling. I have a BA in Psychology from Texas A&M University and an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Denver Seminary. My areas of focus are disordered eating, difficult family relationships, and codependency. If you struggle with disordered eating, you have felt trapped in a cycle of dieting, exercise, and low self-esteem that you feel incapable of getting out of. If you are struggling with difficult family relationships, you are likely feeling defeated, hopeless, helpless, frustrated, and depressed. If you are struggling with codependency, you likely feel like you are constantly giving but getting little to nothing in return. As a result, you experience feelings of depletion, sadness, anger, and frustration that do not seem to be getting any better no matter how hard you try.
My approach to treating these issues are completely tailored to the individual that I work with as I am a firm believer that there is no one technique or theory that resonates with everyone. That being said, some of the theories I utilize most often are IFS, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, and Mindfulness Based therapies. In general, my goal is to help each and every client I see feel seen, known, and safe throughout our journey together. I tend to take a direct approach with my clients, while at the same time maintaining fierce compassion and kindness.
My belief is that the therapist-client relationship is the most important and valuable aspect of therapy. There is a type of chemistry that you as clients and I as the therapist feel when it is a good fit, and likewise when it is not a good fit. This is why I believe consultations are so important. You deserve the best fit for you to help you in this journey.
If any of this resonates with you, take a look at my website where you’ll find more information about me, my areas of focus, and how to book a session! and supportive therapeutic relationship.
